Inspection visit disclaimer:
*Please do not use your wood or pellet stoves 24 hours prior to our arrival so the system is cooled down for us to service.
*Please have animals in a separate area during our inspection, as we would hate for them to accidentally get out of the house while we are coming in and out with our tools and equipment.
*Please have objects around your appliance moved so we have ample space for our drop cloths and equipment, please have pathways cleared for this as well into the home from the driveway. Please remove objects from hearth and mantle.
*Please provide payment upon completion of inspection
